Please ask questions before you place your order- we have measurements, colors, information and advice about everything we sell, so you can make an informed decision before you buy. We consider all sales final. Differences and imperfections are to be expected in all Albrea Products, as each piece is handmade. If a true defect in the item is found, the return must be pre-approved via email at [email protected]. We do not pay for return shipping, but do give full refunds of the purchase price if the piece is found truly defective, and not just an individual variation. Any damaged product may not be returned. Shipments that are damaged should be refused. We ask that you inspect your Albrea upon receipt, with the driver still present. If you discover hidden freight damage after the driver has left or if a defect becomes apparent, take photos and contact us right away.
